OUR MISSION
Low Key Arts connects people and inspires creativity by providing tools, education, and opportunities to experience musical, cinematic, and artistic innovators from around the world.
Low Key Arts was founded in Hot Springs in 2005 for the purpose of producing Valley of the Vapors (VOV) Independent Music Festival. Since then, Low Key Arts has grown to include the Inception to Projection Filmmaking Program, Persistence of Vision (POV) Film Festival (formerly Arkansas Shorts), KUHS-LP 102.5 Solar Powered Community Radio, Hot Water Hills Music & Arts Festival, and more.
We now have a Board of Directors and nearly 2 decades of experience! Low Key Arts is an Arkansas 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported in large part through the generosity of our community as well as significant contributions from Arkansas Arts Council, National Endowment for the Arts, Roy & Christine Sturgis Charitable and Educational Trust, and Gail Pratt Frasier .
Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
